This error was appearing on the Forums page under wp-admin in WordPress so naturally I thought this was a bbPress issue. I fought with this problem for a little while before I was able to find the answer so I figured I’d post my results here. The solutions that I found while googling did not resolve my issue though they did point me in the right direction.
Ultimately, I ended up deactivating each of my WordPress plugins one at a time until the error went away. When it did, I found the culprit. In my case the problem plugin was Popup Maker. I noticed, however, that there was an update for Popup Maker. I installed the update (to version 1.4.13) and VOILA! The error went away. I hope this helps someone else!
